This page is to relay and transfer the support services from Virtools S.A..
The Virtools support center provides the services through  internet to Virtools users and also, those  who are interested in Virtools products 
To receive the service from  the center, it is necessary to register yourself to have an access account.  Please click on [Registration] on the left to go to Virtools'  Regisration page, and complete your registration first.
Access account
Restricted Access For First-time visitor, non-Virtools user.
Provides Virtools Exporter for 3dsMax/Maya/LightWave3D
Full Access For Virtools user who signed annual up-grade contract .
Provides all services including the download of updater.
1.Access menu (cleate the new account)
An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address from Virtools S.A. after you completed the registration. The e-mail mentions your access account name and log-in password. 
Please fill in the access account name and the login password to access
2. FAQs
In the screen shown right, wirte down  either of the followings;.
1)Key word of information you want
2)A category of the information/items
3VirtoolsFAQ ID number
4)Dev version of your products


Then, press [Search] button
3. Download (downloading exporter, up-dater)
Select the item to download


Some of them may not be download   due to  your account  status(access level).

The below information shall be shown in the center of  left frame  in the  Virtools Support page,
「Valid untill : xx/xx/200x」
The above indicates the validity of your access account.  Your access account  shall be valid one year from the date of the registration.
It is related to the validity of your up-grade contract. which is required to become Virtools user.
